Love Notes is dedicated to the memory of my beloved mother Judy Dalton Hyland Greene (1933-2012).  I recorded these seven Broadway showtunes, all my mother’s favorites, as a final tribute to her in the last six months of her life.

Partial proceeds from the sale of these recordings will benefit Symphony of Soul, my favorite charity based in Austin, Texas. Symphony of Soul is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that I founded back in May of 2000.  Symphony of Soul provides live “musical medicine for the soul” to people who are confined in care centers and facing challenging circumstances. With a roster of more than 75 professional musicians of all genres – classical, jazz, blues, rock and more – Symphony of Soul brings musical medicine to everyone from infants to senior citizens who are coping with cancer, drug & alcohol addiction, homelessness, Alzheimer’s, mental illness and other challenges.  I truly appreciate your purchasing this CD.  The proceeds will help Symphony of Soul to continue providing “musical medicine” to those in need.
